A Keysi license is a one-time purchase of $14.99 (plus any applicable VAT, handled at checkout) for a perpetual license to use Keysi, including all future updates within the app, at no extra cost. It is not a subscription. You are never billed again after the initial purchase.
One license activates on up to 3 Macs at a time. To move a license to a different Mac, open Keysi's Settings → Keysi Pro → Deactivate This Mac on the machine you're leaving, then activate with the same license key on the new one.
Keysi is free to download and use indefinitely. The free tier includes the shortcut overlay, click-to-run, search, custom cheat sheets and the sheet editor, and conflict warnings. No account or payment method is required, and it does not expire.
Keysi Pro adds Shortcut Coach, unlimited Practice Mode (the free tier includes one drill a day), progress statistics and the weekly summary. Every new installation includes 14 days of Keysi Pro, followed by a short grace period. When that ends, Keysi continues to work: it returns to the free tier rather than ceasing to function; only the Keysi Pro features stop.
If Keysi doesn't work for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact details are on the press page; refunds are processed through Gumroad, the merchant of record for your purchase.
This 30-day guarantee is set as the refund policy on the Keysi Pro product itself, not only promised here, so it is shown to you on the Gumroad checkout page before you pay and Gumroad's own support can honour it on our behalf. You can request a refund either by replying to your Gumroad receipt or by contacting us directly; both reach the same place.
Two things sit with Gumroad rather than with us, and apply whatever we promise here. Gumroad reserves the right to issue a refund within 90 days of purchase at its own discretion, which it uses to head off chargebacks. And where local law grants a statutory right of withdrawal on a distance purchase (for example the seven days Brazilian consumers have under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code), Gumroad honours it regardless of the seller's policy. Neither reduces the 30 days above; both can only work in your favour.
Refunding Keysi Pro returns the app to its free tier. It does not stop working: the shortcut overlay, search, click-to-run and custom cheat sheets are free forever and are unaffected. The Pro features simply switch off at the next licence check.
All purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record, handles payment processing, and remits VAT/sales tax as applicable in your jurisdiction. Your payment details are never seen or stored by Keysi directly.
All updates to Keysi are free for the life of your license. Updates are delivered through Sparkle and are cryptographically signed and verified before installation.
Keysi is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
